Hungarian Gulasch

Gulasch is kind of in between a soup and a stew. Unlike some stews, Goulash is not overly packed full of vegetables, in fact, there are no vegentables in ours. Through the cooking process, the broth becomes thicker and more like a rich sauce. Served with traditional Spätzle, a sort of homemade egg noodle.
